History

The company started operating at South Florida with the background of 30 years experience on diesel engine testing execution overseas.

We provide dynamometer testing services to diesel engine dealers, rebuilders and workshops, and focused on marine, automotive and industrial applications.

The use of advanced technology equipment, high level of automation, and skilled manpower enable us to provide high quality and fast services, in accordance to our customers requirements.

Besides diesel engine testing execution, we are experts on designing of dynamometer testing facilities, including all mechanical, electrical and data acquisition & control systems.

Services

Our State-of-art test benches are equipped with a high quality dynamometer and a modern computerized data acquisition and control system, which provides safety engine operation, and accurate measurement of several engine parameters.

Our facility can test engines up to 1,000 hp.

In case of electronic injection engines, we have breakout harness that enables us to fully control of engine's throttle during the test, for the brands Caterpillar, Detroit Diesel, Cummins, Mercedes-Benz and Paccar.

In addition, we have software tools for communication with the ECM of the engine under testing to perform diagnosis when needed.

A performance test procedure is applied according to the engine manufacturer specification, what includes steps for heat-up, initial break-in, and performance curve execution.

During the test, troubles as leaks, loss of power, turbocharger or injection issues, can be easily identified, and corrected by the customer.

A Performance Test Report is generated, showing horsepower, speed, torque, critical temperatures and pressures, fuel consumption, blow-by, ISO standard correction factors, and a performance curve along the engine speed range.
